Information we collect

DOLO may collect information you submit through its planning and beta forms, including your name, email address, business, website, audience, offer, goals, and workflow challenges. We may also collect basic usage events such as page views, plan generation, checkout actions, and referral sources.

AI inputs

When live AI providers are enabled, planning inputs may be sent to those providers to generate a response. Do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential client information, health information, or other sensitive personal data.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. DOLO does not receive or store complete card numbers. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested plans and services, respond to inquiries, operate and secure the product, improve customer experience, measure performance, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing email is sent only where permission or another lawful basis exists, and recipients may opt out.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with service providers needed for hosting, analytics, AI generation, email, customer management, and payments. Data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion through the beta access form. Rights vary by location. DOLO will evaluate requests under applicable privacy law and may retain information where legally required.

International processing and changes

Service providers may process information in countries different from yours. Appropriate safeguards will be used where required. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
