Refund Policy

Creator OS Setup

If you purchased the Creator OS Setup by mistake or cannot participate, submit a request through the beta access form before onboarding work begins. Once research, planning, calls, configuration, or deliverable preparation has started, any refund will account for work already performed and nonrecoverable costs.

Digital and AI-generated materials

Because generated or downloaded materials are delivered immediately, refunds may be limited after access or delivery except where the product is defective, materially not as described, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary. Contact DOLO about a billing concern before initiating a payment dispute.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
